Assets and Services.
Welcome to Amez Hub. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Amez Hub platform, a marketplace where users can browse, invest, raise capital, bid on, and purchase digital art directly from Amez Hub. Additionally, individual investors can participate in investment opportunities on Investors Hub, and entrepreneurs or fund-seeking companies can raise capital through the same platform. All digital art listings and fund-seeking firms are curated by Amez Hub or authorized partner companies. By accessing or using Amez Hub, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform and its services.
To use Amez Hub, you must:
2.1. Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction.
2.2. Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
2.3. Not be restricted by any applicable law from using our services.
Amez Hub offers a variety of services designed for both digital asset buyers and investors, including but not limited to:
3.1. Investing: The platform provides opportunities for individuals to invest in companies or projects listed on Investors Hub.
3.2. Capital Raising: Entrepreneurs and firms looking to raise capital can utilize the platform to connect with potential investors through the Investors Hub.
3.3. Digital Art Sales: Users can browse and purchase digital artwork that has been curated and listed directly by Amez Hub or its authorized partners.
3.4. Auctions: Amez Hub hosts auctions where exclusive digital art pieces can be bid on. These auctions feature curated digital artworks, and all sales are facilitated by Amez Hub. Note that individual users or third-party sellers are not allowed to list digital artwork for sale on the platform.
Amez Hub is a closed system, ensuring that all listings are verified, and transactions are conducted under the platform’s oversight.
To participate in buying or bidding, you must create an account with Amez Hub. You are responsible for:
4.1. Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
4.2. Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password, bank information, and wallet details, etc.).
4.3. Any activity that occurs under your account.
Amez Hub will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized use of your account.
When purchasing digital art on Amez Hub:
5.1. You are responsible for reviewing the artwork and ensuring it meets your expectations before making a purchase.
5.2. All sales are final unless otherwise specified by Amez Hub.
5.3. Amez Hub ensures the authenticity and quality of all artwork listed.
5.4. Monthly earnings will be credited to your wallet and allowed to withdraw under the fund withdrawal terms and policy.
5.5. Digital assets cannot be refunded and alternatively you can bid and sell your asset to any other users.
Amez Hub offers auction services for exclusive digital art pieces. By participating in auctions, you agree to the following terms:
6.1. Place bids responsibly and ensure that the amounts you bid are what you are willing to pay.
6.2. If you are the highest bidder at the end of the auction, you agree to pay the winning bid amount within 3 days of the auction closing date.
6.3. Failure to pay within the stipulated time frame may result in your account being temporarily disabled for 5 days, during which you will be unable to perform any activities on Amez Hub or access your Amez Wallet. After this period, your account will be restored.
6.4. Amez Hub reserves the right to reassign the winning bid to another bidder if the original winning bidder fails to make the payment within the specified timeframe.
6.5. Repeated failure to honor winning bids may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
Investors agree to these terms before investing on Investors Hub.
7.1. Investors read and understand the terms and policies before investing in Amez Hub’s fund-seeking firms.
7.2. Fund-seeking firms' investment terms would be Minimum 1 year to maximum 5 years.
7.3. Investors can agree to understand the duration before investing and not be able to withdraw the investment amount before the ending date.
7.4. Profits will be credited to the wallet every month and can be withdrawn according to withdrawal policies. Alternatively, if the investor is willing to withdraw the investments before the date, investors can transfer the investment account or investment amount to another person before the date under the guidance of team Amez. Terms and conditions apply.
Capital-raising firms are carefully and verified by Amez Hub and secured by AmezCare Plus Supremium. So the investments are protected by Amez Hub and Amez Hub is working as a bridge between investors and fund-seeking companies.
8.1. The minimum withdrawal amount is $5.
8.2. Users can withdraw earnings in USD or other currencies, with the option to add bank accounts or other supported methods for fund transfers.
8.3. Direct USD withdrawals are available in many countries; however, in regions where this is not possible, users may opt to use USD NRFC accounts or convert funds into the local currency. Note that NRFC withdrawals may incur minimal fees charged by the respective banks, and Amez Hub is not liable for additional bank charges.
8.4. For bank account withdrawals, fees and processing times may vary depending on the bank handling the transaction. Local and overseas bank transfers may also incur small fees, which are determined by the banks involved, not by Amez Cloud or its subsidiaries. For specific information on transaction fees, it’s advisable to visit the support page (support.amezcloud.com) to stay informed about the latest bank transfer refund charges.
Amez Hub may charge fees for facilitating transactions or participating in auctions. These fees will be clearly communicated to you before any transaction is completed. You agree to pay all applicable fees promptly. Amez Hub is not responsible for any delays or issues arising from third-party payment processors.
For transactions initiated through card payments, it's important to note that these payments may be subject to a convenience fee. This convenience fee is charged by the payment processor and not by Amez Cloud or its subsidiaries. The specific amount of the convenience fee will be determined by the payment processor used during the original transaction.
To avoid the above-mentioned convenience fee, you can opt for bank transfers to the mentioned accounts in the system.
AmezHub is not responsible for any wrongful deposits to any other accounts not mentioned in the system. Duly completed deposit slips of the transaction should be uploaded during the checkout process.
Additionally, you have the option to use Amez Wallet for secure payments without any additional fees.
Your digital assets and investments are secured by AmezCare Plus Supremium. AmezCare Plus Supremium presents a sophisticated warranty service tailored for your digital and physical assets. This is a paid service and every user must activate AmezCare Plus Supremium before accessing Amez Hub assets.
Amez Hub takes security seriously and employs encryption and other industry-standard security measures to protect user accounts and transactions. However, no system is completely secure, and Amez Hub cannot guarantee the absolute security of user data or digital assets.
Users are responsible for implementing their own security measures, such as using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) when available.
All artwork sold on Amez Hub is the property of Amez Hub or its licensors. By purchasing digital art, buyers are granted a limited license to view and display the artwork for personal purposes. Buyers do not obtain any copyright or intellectual property rights unless explicitly stated in the transaction.
13.1.Listing or selling counterfeit digital art.
13.2. Using Amez Hub for illegal or fraudulent purposes, including money laundering.
13.3. Attempting to hack, interfere with, or disrupt the platform’s functionality or security systems.
13.4. Engaging in abusive or offensive behavior towards other users or Amez Hub staff.
Amez Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
Buyers should review each listing carefully before completing a purchase. Buyers can request a refund within 24 hours of payment. If approved, the full amount will be credited to your account after deducting bank transaction fees, regardless of the payment method you used to do the payment.
Amez Hub may mediate disputes arising from sales, but we do not guarantee a resolution.
Amez Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or illegal use of the platform. Upon termination, any pending transactions may be canceled, and your access to your account will be revoked.
Amez Hub is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:
16.1. Transaction errors or delays.
16.2. Unauthorized access to your account.
16.3. Loss of digital assets due to user error or negligence.
16.4 In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid for the service or transaction in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Amez Hub operates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the appropriate jurisdiction.
Amez Hub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the latest version of these terms will govern your use of the platform.
